RBT: Emma Goode

Emma Goode is a Registered Behavior Technician, who has been proudly serving on the Illuminations Therapy team for over a year. Her passion for helping others began much earlier, inspired by her amazing younger sibling with autism. Before joining the Illuminations team, Emma worked as an Early Interventionist, where she discovered a deep love for supporting children as they learn and grow. Now, she combines that passion with advocacy in her daily work. Outside of the clinic, Emma shares her love of storytelling through her YouTube channel, Emma RBT, where she reads children’s books aloud to provide a more flexible and accessible way for kids to enjoy story time.

Emily Phillips is a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician at Illuminations Therapy, where she brings warmth, creativity, and compassion to every session. She holds a degree in Psychology from Clemson University, where she also pursued a concentration in Youth Development—an area that has fueled her passion for supporting children through every stage of growth. RBT : Cara Garrison

Cara Garrison is a Registered Behavior Technician  with seven months of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis. Prior to joining the Illuminations Therapy team, she spent eight years working in preschool education, where she developed a strong foundation in supporting young children's developmental and learning needs. In her current role, Cara collaborates closely with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst  to implement individualized interventions designed to support growth in social, communication, and adaptive skills. Her combined background in early education and behavioral therapy allows her to create meaningful, supportive connections with the children and families she serves.

RBT : Jenna Bauman

Jenna is a Registered Behavior Technician with about three years of experience! Growing up with a sibling diagnosed with Autism, she developed a deep-rooted commitment to helping children and the families who care for them. This calling inspired her to pursue a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Central Florida. Her journey then led her to the role of service coordinator for children with developmental delays—a position that further fueled her dedication to advocacy and support. Jenna is thrilled to return to the work she loves. She is proud to be part of the Illuminations Therapy team and looks forward to reconnecting with the field by working with exceptional children and partnering with the families who support them each day.
